Hello, I'm very thankful for your kind comment. This was my first major project in game developing, so I made a lot of mistakes. I hope this was fun to play nevertheless!
About finishing the game: The development came to a full stop once our artist left the project. Since I had no knowledge on pixel art and could not find anyone who could do similar art style this was a major issue. Along with that, college started to take most of my time and now my job takes the rest, I barely have time to myself so it's a bit hard to decote so much time on a big project like this. I hope one day I will be able to take this back up, perhaps from the start, with the knowledge I have now. GLT is still my favorite manga/anime and I tried to give it a good arcadey-like game to people to remember. Thank you again for your comment heavy! And take care of those spies!
I won't say anything about the brevity of the game itself - it's a trifle, and if this is your first project, then it's quite a long game on the contrary. but, unfortunately, I have important fortunately, specific error notes. 1) The characters are not revealed. And it would be enough to have a dialogue with surprise and joy from books in the place where there was a bookcase when there was an elevator, to have another dialogue where she is scared, and to have a dialogue character Ю about what she wants to eat. Then they would feel less dead (or vice versa, they would show a different reaction, in any case, the characters would somehow open up)
2) Do you know about the Chekhov pistol? If they write about weapons in the book, then it will definitely be used somehow. and of course, there are interesting cases when this happens consciously in order to deceive some expectations and cause some feelings in the reader. So, you caused a little dissociation. the keys are not used, and the notes do not reveal how the world works, they just tell you not to give up, you will achieve even more. We tried to put as many details as possible in game, but on the final stretch to the release things were not going as smooth as planned so we couldn't include things we wanted to, sadly.
